By using this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Imagine Healing, you agree to these terms.

Naturopathic & Complementary Healthcare
Imagine Healing provides naturopathic and complementary healthcare services.
Recommendations are personalised according to the information available at the time of consultation and may include nutritional or lifestyle guidance, herbal preparations, supplements, acupuncture or other complementary therapies.
Results vary between individuals and no particular health outcome can be guaranteed.
Live Blood Analysis
Live Blood Analysis is used at Imagine Healing as part of a broader naturopathic assessment.
It is not a replacement for conventional pathology testing, medical diagnosis or advice from your doctor or other registered healthcare professional.
Existing Medical Care & Medications
Clients should advise Imagine Healing of any medications, supplements, medical conditions and other treatments they are currently receiving.
Do not discontinue or alter prescribed medication without first discussing this with the healthcare professional responsible for prescribing it.
Appointments & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking and attending appointments.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be refunded in full or, if you prefer, credited toward a future booking.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time.
Your deposit will not be refunded, but it will be carried over and applied to your new appointment.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session to avoid affecting other clients.
Clinic Rights
Imagine Healing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.
If Imagine Healing cancels or reschedules your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
We may also refuse future bookings in cases of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
Products, Supplements & Herbal Preparations
Products, supplements and herbal preparations supplied or recommended by Imagine Healing should be used according to the instructions provided.
Please advise De Ville of any known allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, significant medical conditions or other relevant health information before using recommended products.
Individual responses to supplements and herbal preparations may vary.
Children & Young People
Imagine Healing provides services to clients of different ages and life stages, including children and babies.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent for treatment depending on the age of the client, the circumstances and the nature of the service.
Pregnancy
Pregnant clients should inform Imagine Healing of their pregnancy before receiving any treatment, supplement or herbal recommendation so suitability can be considered.
Personal & Health Information
By providing personal or health information to Imagine Healing, you consent to the collection, storage and use of that information for the purposes of providing services to you and managing your care, in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and other legal requirements.
